Steamed Minced Meat with Eggs Recipe

Steamed Minced Meat with Eggs


Ingredients (A) :

1 salted egg yolk (flatten and diced)
1 salted egg white
1 century egg (diced)
3 eggs (lightly beaten)
50g minced meat
150ml hot water
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper

Ingredients (B) 
1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
1 tablespoon fried garlic oil
1 teaspoon light soya sauce
 
Method :
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all Ingredients (A). Mix well.
  2. Pour mixture into a steaming tray, about 8" diameter.
  3. Steam at medium heat for about 10 minutes or until cooked.
  4. Sprinkle the steamed eggs with Ingredients (B).
Tips :

Do not steam eggs at high heat to make sure the texture is smooth and silky. The eggs should be beated lightly to avoid too much air from getting in. This is to ensure the surface of the egg is smooth.
