Steamed Silky Eggs
3 eggs
300ml warm water
1 tablespoon chopped spring onion
1 tablespoon fried garlic oil
1 teaspoon light soya sauce
Seasoning (B) :
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
Method :
Combine water, eggs & Seasoning (B). Mix well.
Strain into a steaming tray.
Steam at low heat for 10 minutes or until cooked.
Sprinkle the steamed eggs with chopped spring onion, fried garlic oil and soya sauce.
Tips :
Do not steam eggs at high heat to make sure the texture is smooth and silky. The eggs should be beated lightly to avoid too much air from getting in. This is to ensure the surface of the egg is smooth.
